The Australian Chinese Social Worker Association Inc. (ACSW) is a professional, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering social workers of Chinese background or those working with Chinese communities across Australia.

We are a group of Chinese social workers based in Melbourne who understand the transition from study to practice. We have connections across Australia. We create accessible spaces where students can learn from practitioners, ask practical questions, and build confidence in the Australian social services context.
We focus on culturally responsive professional development for students and graduates who are finding their first steps in social work.
